Use of any of the hot and cold tub equipment, areas or facilities available at Patty’s Barn is entirely at your own risk. An induction explaining how to safely and properly use the facilities will be provided. You must not use any equipment unless you are satisfied that you are competent to do so in a safe and proper manner.
When using any equipment and facilities available at The Rewilding at Patty’s Barn you must take care to safeguard your own health and safety, and you will be solely responsible for any loss or injury that you cause to yourself, other persons or to the equipment or facilities to the extent that it is caused through your unsafe or improper use of the equipment or facilities (including your use of them whilst under the influence of alcohol or medication) or your failure to advise The Rewilding of a medical condition relevant to your use of the equipment or facility.
To hold harmless and indemnify The Rewilding, its employees and partners, from any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to, any third party resulting from the ticket holder's participation of any and all activities at The Rewilding.
